Dean of the institute in 3 idiots is showing very typical leadership. He has his own principles, values and ideology, and he leads the whole institute accordingly.
This is an example of current institutional leadership. In the present scenario, most of the institutes are fixed in a block or Squares thinking

10. Love is time & space free
Trust your partner
Love is not time bound and space bound.
It is very well demonstrated in this movie same love was demonstrated by Krishna and Meera.
Love is border free, time free, unconditional and space free.


11. Importance of words in communication
If communication dies, everything dies.
Each word has impact and value in communication.
One word if used wrongly or emphasized wrongly or paused at a wrong place in communication what effect it creates and how is it affected is demonstrated very well in this movie.


12. Mediocrity is penalized
Middle class family or average talent or average institute is going to suffer and has to pay maximum price in the life if they do not upgrade their living standards.
To be born poor or as an average person is not a crime but to die as an average person with middle class talent is miserable and if you are unable to optimize your potentiality and die with unused potentiality then that is your shameful truth.
One should not die as a mediocre. He/she has to bring out genius inside him/her and has to use his/her potentiality to the optimum level

अंतिल का कोहराम - एक और मुर्गा

  प्यारे दोस्तों आपको जान कर अचम्भा होगा की हमारे प्रिय मित्र श्री अश्वनी अंतिल जी जो कुछ समय से शांत बैठे हुए थे वो दोबारा फॉर्म में आ गए हैं ! उनकी ख़ामोशी को कुछ लोगो (जिनमे कुछ विद्यार्थी और कुछ अध्यापक भी है ) ने उनकी कमजोरी समझ लिया था !!
ताज़ा खबर कुछ इस प्रकार है की एक अध्यापक जिनका नाम पवन गुप्ता  (Computer Department) ने उनके सभर का इम्तिहान ले लिया और परीक्षा के दोरान उनसे अभद्र व्यवहार किया जिसका उन्होंने उलंघन करते हुए पवन गुप्ता को मुर्गा बना दिया कॉलेज के बीचो बीच और घने मार दिए ! और अब आपको हमारे अंतिल भैया का गुस्सा तो पता ही है उनका बस चले तो वो मुर्गी को भी मुर्गा बना दे तो ये पवन गुप्ता क्या चीज़ है !!

कुख्यात सूत्रों के द्वारा पता चल ही गया आखिर माननीय यशवंत सिंह जी की सेहत का राज़। लेकिन अब मुसीबत ये है की क्या ये राज़ आम जनता को पता चलना चाहिए या नहीं। इसके लिए हमने जनता जनार्दन से पुछा की हमे क्या करना चाहिए तो उन्होंने बताया की हम को ये बात अब पब्लिक कर देनी चाहिए। जिससे लोग सीखे की बारह दिनों में सेहत कैसे बनाये।
इन सबसे पहले हमने खुद यशवंत जी से पुछा की आखिर ये तू कैसे हो गया वो भी इतनी जल्दी। तो उन्होंने जवाब दिया की ये तू केले खाने की वजह से हुआ है। आप लोग भी खाया करो अगर सेहत बनानी है तो। लेकिन सच्चाई कुछ और ही थी। हमारे सूत्रों ने उनका साए की तरह पीछा किया और आखिर सफलता को गले लगा ही लिया।
सचाई देखकर उनकी आँखे खुली की खुली रह गयी।
आखिर वही निकला जिसका हमे शक था और शायद अब तक आप भी समझ गए होगे की सच्चाई क्या थी।
वैसे ये तरीका हम आपको बता देंगे लेकिन उससे पहले एक और बात का खुलासा होना है----और वो ये है की आखिर यशवंत जी ने तू किया क्यों। हमारी भाबी ने तो उन्हें धोका दे दिया था फिर ये तू क्यों। आखिर क्यों यशवंत जी ने पंद्रह दिन में सेहत बनाने की सोची।
इसका कारन सुनके तो हम उनके इस आत्म विश्वास की तारीफ़ करते है। पता लगा है की ये उन्होंने हमारे ही हॉस्टल के एक लड़के जिसका नाम *** सहरावत है उसको टक्कर देने के लिए करा था। लेकिन इससे पहले की दोनों की टक्कर हो, बिचारी कॉलेज लाइफ ही ख़तम हो गयी।
सिर्फ यशवंत जी की स्पेशल रेकुएस्ट की वजह से हम इस टोपिक में कुछ और ज्यादा खुलासा नहीं करना चाहते।
फिर मिलेंगे एक नयी बड़ी खबर के साथ तब तक के लिए खुदा हाफिज़, शब्बा खैर, नमस्ते.

By creating a new folder in Windows 7 and renaming it with a certain text string at the end, users are able to have a single place to do everything from changing the look of the mouse pointer to making a new hard-drive partition.

The trick is also said to work in Windows Vista, although some are warning that although it works fine in 32-bit versions of Vista, it can cause 64-bit versions of that operating system to crash.
To enter "GodMode," one need only create a new folder and then rename the folder to the following:

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Once that is done, the folder's icon will change to resemble a control panel and will contain dozens of control options. I'm not sure it's my idea of playing God, but it is a handy way to get to all kinds of controls.
